It sounds eastern european…if I had to guess based on his name and accent…maybe Serbian or Slavic of some sort.

I LOVE his humor in regards to I’m looking my smartest without glasses.

This guy rocks imo. I love the tutorial. I will try it myself very soon with GIMP 2.4.4…in the spirit of Enselic’s tutorial I will insert the “kooopy” statement. I think he should Trademark/Copyright that. :thumbsup

Very cool tutorial. If you look closely at his additional info/text on youtube he seems to be from Sweden. He does a great job with this. Thanks for posting it.

It does rock doesn’t it! To think they also have an animation addon so you can make animated gifs, etc…I’ll put up some tutorials on that soon.
